Refund Policy

At ICON VENTURES LLC, we want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you're not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.

1. Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for most items. To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.

  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

  • Certain items such as final sale items or customized products may not be eligible for return.

To start a return, please contact us at Contact us with your order number and reason for return. We’ll provide return instructions and a return shipping address.

2. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or damaged item).

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping unless otherwise stated.

3. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. We’ll send a replacement or issue a full refund at no additional cost to you.

4. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you need a different item, we recommend returning the original item and placing a new order.

5. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Gift cards

  • Clearance/final sale items

  • Customized or personalized products
